We once had a debate regarding powdered sugar and whether a one pound mountain of it was enough to cover an order of beignets .

That may or may not be a true story, but we were agreed Cafe du Monde is a worthy stop on any New Orleans visit. Though Tracy and I never managed to make that trip together, a little part of her will always be there now.
