I'm sorry if this is one of your special places, but it's not one of mine, and I'm certain it wouldn't have suited Tracy, either. What a compendium of ridiculous displays of human nature, octopus-festooned Mini Golf quasi resorts, and sad hotels capitalizing on an otherwise decent stretch of sand.

Imagine Atlantic City mated with the most desperate carnival in the US, with some Miami South Beach STD flavoring, and ambiance of a Vegas bathroom. Now add copious drunk and unhealthy people darting across the street (or staggering), cars blasting bassy tunes, women shouting the word "penis"at irregular intervals, and other assorted idiots. Voila!
